Residents live in efficiently designed micro-units, ranging from 400–600 sq ft, with shared access to a community kitchen, rooftop garden, and common lounges. A public café activates the street level, while a full coworking floor offers flexible workspace and meeting rooms.

Sustainability is central to the building’s identity—featuring a green façade, solar-ready infrastructure, and bike-first access. This is more than a development—it's an ecosystem for modern urban living.
