Bastrop Innovation Depot is a forward-looking industrial project designed for small and mid-scale companies in advanced manufacturing, clean tech, or robotics. Located along the fast-urbanizing axis east of Austin, this innovation depot provides the space and infrastructure for bold industrial entrepreneurs.
With its adaptive-use layout, the project features two flexible buildings that can house R&D facilities, maker labs, light assembly operations, and office-lab hybrids. Each unit is pre-fitted with high-capacity power, HVAC zoning, and loading docks optimized for light industrial or tech production.
The development integrates shared amenities like EV charging, outdoor breakout areas, and a central café pavilion to support tenant collaboration. It represents WINZ LAND’s commitment to shaping industrial spaces where ingenuity and functionality meet.
